Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Brightex LED account and associated personal data. The Brightex LED app is published by LED Smart Solutions Limited (34 Brindley Road, Manchester, M16 9HQ, United Kingdom).

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Brightex LED app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap the menu and select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request in the dialog that appears.

Your request is sent to our team, who will permanently delete your account and confirm completion by email.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account at Info@brightexled.co.uk with the subject "Delete my account". Please include your account email so we can verify and locate it.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your name, email address, and contact details
  • Your account login credentials
  • Your saved account profile and preferences

What data is kept, and for how long

We may retain a limited record of completed orders and related transaction information where we are legally required to do so (for example, to comply with UK tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law). This data is retained for the period required by law (typically up to 6 years) and is then deleted.
